How Moderation Works
Songfork combines user reports, administrator review, authorized community moderation, and technical safeguards. Email verification is required before protected account features are available. Technical controls can enforce file, account, visibility, rate, and plan rules, but Songfork does not review every item before publication and does not guarantee that all violative content will be detected immediately.

Submitting a Report
Use the in-product report option when it is available. A useful report includes:
- The exact profile, crate, post, track, comment, message, or other URL involved.
- The report category and a concise explanation of the specific rule or right involved.
- Any context needed to understand a threat, impersonation, ownership claim, or pattern of behavior.
- Accurate contact information when a formal legal process requires it. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
