Songfork Moderation & Enforcement
This Content Moderation and Enforcement Policy governs your use of the Songfork Platform. Songfork does not act as a publisher of content — we store content at the direction of our users and take action against content that is illegal or objectionable.
General Provisions
Songfork utilizes a variety of automated processes and techniques to address illegal and objectionable content on our Platform. During the sign-up process, you must agree to our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. These Terms clearly prohibit the upload of any illegal content or content that breaches the Terms. Before uploading content or interacting with other users, you must verify your email address.
Content Moderation
At our discretion, Songfork may employ both automated and manual tools to detect and prevent objectionable content. This is accomplished through two primary methods:
- Detection of Violative Profile Names, URLs, and Descriptions — words or phrases that breach our Terms are prohibited and may result in automatic suspension.
- Detection of Violative Audio, Images, and Track Data — we use a third-party vendor to proactively identify and remove violative uploaded content, including audio, images, and track data.
Complaint Procedure and Decision-Making Process
Songfork operates a reporting and takedown process for content suspected of breaching our Terms or the law. Users are encouraged to report any instances of violative content or behavior on the Platform. Please ensure your notice includes:
- A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you believe the information is violative.
- A clear indication of the URL.
- Your name and email address.
- Confirmation that the information and allegations are accurate and complete.
Complaint Review Process
When our Trust & Safety Team reviews reported content, they consider our Terms, Community Guidelines, and applicable law. Complaints from law enforcement are prioritized. We aim to review unlawful content, such as terrorist content, within 24 hours. Generally, decisions on content removal requests are made within one week.

Content and Profile Removals
Songfork reserves the right to block, remove, delete, limit, or restrict access to any content at any time, without liability. This includes content that infringes the rights of third parties or violates our Terms or the law. Uploaders have control over their audio content and may remove any or all audio content at any time without notice.
Appeals
If content is removed or a suspension or termination occurs, you have the right to appeal the decision. Appeals are reviewed impartially, ensuring that no appeal is evaluated by the same party that made the initial decision. If successful, your content will be restored. You may also have additional appeal options, such as out-of-court dispute resolution or legal action.
