Acceptance of These Terms
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian to consent, you may use Songfork only with that consent. You must provide accurate account information, verify your email when requested, protect your credentials, and promptly email security@songfork.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Songfork's own breach.
What Songfork Provides
Songfork is a creator-focused music platform for uploading tracks and stems, organizing them in crates, streaming, downloading where permitted, creating forks and mixes, following creators, commenting, messaging, and participating in communities. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the service evolves.
